Develop a Magento plugin to connect Magento platform to a credit card payment processor

We want a Magento integration developed which will meet the following requirements.
- The extension must allow the card holders to enter their credit card details and complete the checkout process
- The credit card details must be submitted to our payment processor (EP2 Global) in real-time
- The order must be updated based on the payment results returned by the processor
- When a payment is processed through the payment processor, it returns a unique handle for that card details
- This handle must be saved against the customer details, so that the customer doesn't have to re-enter the card details next time
- Repeat customer must be given the option of paying using previously used credit card or a different card
- The shop owner must be able to process the payment via the Magento backend for phone orders.
- The shop owner must be able to process a refund via the Magento backend for returns.
The target Magento Platform is Magento Enterprise
The technical documentation for the payment processor is attached.
A payment processor test account will be supplied to the selected Freelancer.
