Magento expert for to modify event/observer process

OVERVIEW We have a magento website that sells wine. The products are configured as bundled products and although they are technically individual products they bundles are configured as pairs that share the same stock. The objective of this is to allow the sale of 6 packs and single bottles at different rates. And the objective of the observer process is to keep the paired products stock syncronised. For example if I order a QTY of 1 SKU: TFC-1234-BOTTLE the process reduces the stock level of SKU TFC-1234-CASE to keep the stock levels of these two bundled products syncronised. THE JOB Currently this process works perfectly when a customer places an order from the FRONT END of the website. However when the website administrator creates an order from the BACK END of the website the process does not work which leads to stock levels being out of sync. We require a magento developer to copy the existing process so it works in both the front and back end of the order process (customer and admin sides of the website).
