Hi Have a eCom website, i want an app for my website, goal is all my website customer / or website visiters can download this app from there Android mobile. -If i make a spacial discount for any item, i must send notification to my users. to get notification all the users must have install My "RAHI" App. Im looking this app for my slow sale retail sale to boost. so if i want to attract my customer i can send then notification via app, this week end or next 4 hrs this particular item will be on 50% price. do not have Big Budget. can afford maximum $250 but i will explain many time what is my desired from this App. only individual plz bid as my Budget is low i can't afford big company or team. thank you for reading. with regards Sony
