We would like to build a webapp which is effectively a random chat application where you can connect and speak to people in a geographic vicinity. It will need a simple registration with basic details email, name, dob and mobile. It will also require them to upload a avatar and ideally this is pulled from camera if needed. The main screen will be a table of avatars and you click one and chat. I just need a rough idea of timelines and cost at this stage for the webapp, after this we want it built for iOS and Android. Full details will be given to successful bidders.
