Add Ecommerce to existing site

Hi, I need the following functionality added to my site: 1. Shopping cart linked to paypal and my merchant account with the ability to add discount pricing for [login to view URL] have email functionality for customer orders. 2. Drill down search from existing database. User selects State which narrows to County which narrows to City which returns demographic data and quantities to page. Note: About 5 Access data base tables will need to be migrated to MYSQL. 3. Google mapping would need to be implemented utilizing GIS data. The mapping link will be included in the drill down data mentioned above. Note: New tables will need to be added to the MYSQL database for the GIS data and linked to an existing table. 4. An upload page with form will also be [login to view URL] logged in, the user will have the ability to upload image files, spread sheets and form fields. Note: We will need to be able to download all uploaded items including form fields. Please include examples of your work with bid. I will need the project to be completed in two weeks or less.
