Article Submission script in php/mysql. MUST confirm emails

I want an article submissions script, that we MUST own ALL the rights to. The script must not be shared to third parties. The script should work with 3 article directories (making this an easier project, article dashboard, ms article and article friendly. The script should have the following features: * Work on a Linux server * use php/mysql * Need a userto register with an email, which is used for email reports to the user * Allow for creation of article accounts, and confirm all email (gmail or yahoo) links, and save account details into a csv file. * Script should also allow for input of csv files of accounts, and should allow user to select which accounts they wish to use via a dropdown menu, or should have option to select a number of accounts, and submit articles from those selected at random * Submit articles with spin tags {like|similar to} this * Check after a set number of days by logging into the accounts for published article URLs, and store them in a mysql database. * Script should allow for scheduled posting. * Script should email the admin user when the articles are submitted on schedule (not to the emails of the article accounts, but to the email address the user registered with us with.- So some basic admin page is needed of course.
