I am looking for consultant to help me choose right rule engine solution for the web project with fairly complex database. I am considering Jboss rule engine solution but I am open for other suggestions. Website will be more likely build in PHP, MySQL environment. At this point I am just looking for somebody to help me choose right solution but it could possibly extend to hire somebody to help me build the website. In both cases I would pay hourly.
