Auction site

We're looking to have an auction site built that will allow us to capture feedback, be broken into separate areas for bidders and posters, and be expandable. It should also have a fully-functional back-end for administering the site. More details will be provided if you feel you have the skills required. Requirements: Must be able to work around normal hours of Pacific Standard Time (-8:00 GMT) Must be fluent in English Should provide three example sites of your past PHP/MySQL work - also please provide a few snippets of code and a couple of database tables (data from table not required). Willing to accept an NDA (non-disclosure agreement)
