Below is a shortened version of the file that the editor will be based on. I'll give specific details on which strings are to be used to the person that gets awarded the project. The gui will need to look similar to this http://www.wowhead.com/items=1.0 with the column using information from the appropriate tables in my database. It will use the database to add entries into the xml file using the same structure in the xml file and download the file. The web based editor will use a tree structure.
