I need the following csv files imported into a MySQL database that I can use on my test server (MAMP on a Mac OS 10.6).

The max cvs files size is over 317MB.

Deliverables:

1. a php script that will create the MySQL database and tables and populate them from the cvs files using the table and field names from the attached .txt file.
