Completion of a Royal Mail label generating application. - open to bidding

In a nutshell, the application takes sales data from eBay and Amazon, sorts it, outputs a picking list for everything, gives the option to remove items that can't be picked and eventually outputs a combined address label with packingslip/invoice for each item that's picked, as well as manifest data for Royal Mail. This project was nearing completion however my original developer has taken a leave of absence and I need this working on quite urgently. The final stages of the project entail creating the address within the label section that is generated in the output and ensuring the specifications that relates to the shipping labels is adhered to. The client is only using a few of the services described in the documents. It is fairly complete on a development serve and works bar output of addresses on the labels in the appropriate format 1. The application needs to output an address label in the top left corner of the output packingslip/invoice. 2. this output of the address label and ppi stamp needs to correct, specific to the items by rules based on the item title and delivery country only. 3. 3 Royal Mail services in total will be used by the client, so this output will be in three slightly different formats. The ppi stamp and output to manifests will be affected by this. 4. The final output should be a combined shipping label/picklist, with the shipping label in a format that is acceptable to Royal Mail Standards 5. There is additional output of Manifest data (information from each generated label) that needs to be completed and tested. 6. Possible additional csv/txt output to FTP folder to complete. All output will be tested by Royal Mail so it's essential that measurements are accurately tested. This application is currently sharing a database, this needs to be changed so the application reads from a new database with the same tables.
