Convert Joomla 1.5 Virtuemart 1.1 to Joomla 2.5 VM 2.6

Need Joomla 1.5 / Virtuemart 1.1 site converted into Joomla 2.5 / VM 2.6 Current site has 9 article page, 36 products, uses Artio SEF and AWO Coupon. The current store needs to be converted into Joomla 2.5 / VM 2.6, including all the settings for VM, Artio SEF AWO coupon and Users. The store needs needs to be replicated EXACTLY!!!! You need to be able to work on your own server for testing the site. I will deduct $5 for every error I find. Budget is $250 - Need this done by next Monday 12/29/14
