Costumizing Social Engine 4 - Top Expert - PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS

I am looking for Excellent Programmers & Top Experts in SOCIAL ENGINE 4

Im not happy with my programmers & Looking for programmers who can help me finish this project.

This is the job:

(PSD TO SOCIAL ENGINE) The already Costumized Social Engine 4 site needs to be updated:

1. Some on page adjustments (new footer, new header with logo) some extra pages need to be added

( i will provide you with all the PSD files to do so ) About 15/20 pages & 3 popups.

CCBill is integrated but need some additional adjustments as well.

And extra checkout HTML pages for CCBILL i will provide in PSD

3. Check all features of my Website and make sure all is working.

Your Extra Talent:

Great insight of look and feel of a site.

Knows about website conversion optimization

And You can give me advise here and there to make my site a success.

Future Projects are:

Mobelizing the site for mobile use.

Cleaning up the scrip to make it run faster.

Updating script to new social engine 5

Further Future adjustments.

SE4, coding PHP, Photoshop, Mysql, Jquery and html/css.
