We need an email subscription component for Iproperty (real estate component) were the users can subscribe for news mails when a new property are posted in to the Iproperty component. The user will also have the opportunity to chose what kind of property is in its interest (nr of rooms, location, price span etc) and based on that criteria the mail subscription component sends the news mails. It is the Joomla 3 version and the latest Iproperty version.
