hi there, I'm looking for somebody who will be able to develop a web explorer application or extension or add-ons to be installed on the customer computer. The application could be for example an Add-ons to download music or download videos just to name those as examples. Once the application was installed a code will install with it and it will be able to do the following things: 1. Trigger Pop Up banners on the user computer 2. Place Banners on any website that the user visit 3. More characteristics will be explained to the right person who feel can do the job I will explain in more detail to the person who can development this job. Any question, don't hesitate to ask
