Custom Amazon Repricer / Repricing

I need some repricing software for Amazon UK that will run online on my server, preferably with live repricing or every 5/10 minutes that will reprice 1 ASIN against lowest priced seller as well as the lowest priced seller on a second ASIN

To explain:

ASIN 1 is the ASIN to be repriced

ASIN 2 is the second ASIN where the lowest priced seller also needs to be taken into account when repricing ASIN 1

Example 1:

ASIN 1 - lowest price is £5.00

ASIN 2 - lowest price is £4.95

I want to reprice by 15p against the lowest price overall, in this case £4.95 (ASIN 2) is to be repriced against, so my price on ASIN 1 will be repriced to £4.80

Example 1:

ASIN 1 - lowest price is £4.70

ASIN 2 - lowest price is £4.95

I want to reprice by 15p against the lowest price overall, in this case £4.70 (ASIN 1) is to be repriced against, so my price on ASIN 1 will be repriced to £4.55

There will be a lower and upper limit for the ASIN 1 to be repriced to

Repricing rules:

Rule 1 - If the price of both ASIN 1 and ASIN 2 are more than 15p above my upper limit, the upper limit value will be used

Rule 2 - If the price of both ASIN 1 and ASIN 2 are lower than my lower limit, my price will be set to my lower limit

Rule 3 - If the price of ASIN 2 is lower than my lower limit, my price will be repriced to 15p lower than the lowest priced seller of ASIN 1 unless Rule 2 comes into force

The 15p is to be set, it may be 20p or 8p etc, I need to be able to specify what the reprice amount is

The software will need to allow me to set repricing for a number of sets of ASINs, i.e. ASIN 1 and 2, ASIN 3 and 4 etc
