I need a developer who is familiar with XenForo.

This project will be creating a custom plugin to extend forum functionality to a mobile game: Clash of Clans.

Users will be able to "Create a Clan" on the site. This will allow them their own privatized forum, customized landing page, and proprietary permissions.
