custom project manager script

Hi I need a custom project management script as follows: There will be 3 users that i must add with username and password so that they can log in. User End: - Once they login they will have to enter a link on the same text box. If the link is found in the database a message will be displayed to them for ex: link already exists. - If not then a field will appear and they will enter the link which will automatically save the link into the database so that when the 2nd user logs in and enters the link to see that the link already exists. - Each user must see the links he entered on his end. Admin End: - enter links,delete them. Also for each link the admin will have the option to enter numbers next to the link that each user will see for it's own link. I don't care much about graphics since this is more a personal project. I hope i've made myself as clear as possible, if not please ask my anything to clarify. Payment: $250 to be done within 1-2 days max. I will only escrow the payment if you have the script ready and after testing it i will release the payment and you will handle me the script. Again do NOT bid automatically if you don't have the script ready for testing. I will ignore all entries that don't respect this. You can take any script and modify it or you can create it from scratch. Thanks
