App to extract Twitter firends

What I require is a desktop application that takes a list of twitter usernames and generates a list of the most recent people that these accounts have followed, with information about those accounts. If possible, the output would rank the people followed based on how many of my original list have followed them. Detailed Requirements: (1) The list of initial usernames will be up to 500 and will be in .csv format (2) I need the ability to manually control the time between each account that is checked because twitter limits this per hour (3) This should be done without a login required (4) I need the ability to check: (a) the most recent x accounts that each person on my list has followed (where x = 0 - 100) (b) the accounts followed since my last check (I may run this every week/month) going back no more than x accounts (where x = 0 - 100) (5) The information I require about users being followed is: Name Twitter username Location Biography Website URL link to photo [this is the information shown on their profile page] It may be that it is easiest to have the information on each followed account collected as a second step because there will be multiple overlaps, and I may only want the top 10, 20, 50 etc, rather than all of them.
