Add additional table to OsCommerce 2.3

This task is to write a php code to add additional table to the existing database of bookstore oscommerce site. The table is to handle the contributors of a book (author, editor, illusrator, translator and reviser). There will be upto three types of each (author 1, author 2, author 3, editor 1, editor 2 etc etc). The running of this code will generate the changes to the MySQL database. It will use the [login to view URL] values to log on to database. Developer must also admend the ADMIN Add product page with additional fields and radio buttons and then code so the db table will store and retrive these values to and from the oscommerce admin section. In the product info displayed to customer - contributors will appear below the Product title, and above where model currently appears. We currently use model to refer to a hardback or paperback book. Each authors name must show as a "<a href" link back through the search code, so all books by that contributor will be displayed as a search result, when the customer click on that name. Developer will be asked to supply a brief log showing which files and what lines have been amended from the orginal oscommerce scripts, so the changes can be recorded.
