Creloaded/Oscommerce bugifxes, testing and modifications

Hi everyone. Here is a creloaded/oscommerce site that has been heavily hacked, and unfortunately gathering dust for about 12 months. It is time to revive it. [login to view URL] I need someone who can go through every page, and do thorough bug checking. Following this, the person also needs to be able to fix any errors and make sure that the entire purchase and check out process is bug free. Additionally, I have removed a lot of the code related to the multi-language functions, and this also needs to be restored. The project must be 100% complete within 5-7 days. At the moment, I am not looking for a one off programmer. My company has a lot of work, and we are looking for a long-term relationship with a reliable and skilled developer. This project will serve as a screening process to find that person. I will not make any payments upfront, but instead the successful bidder and I can negotiate a timeline, whereby after the first milestone has been reached, a payment of 30% will be made. A further 50% will be paid upon completion, and the remaining 20% will be paid 2 weeks after completion - to ensure that no nasty surprises have been left behind. I am an incredibly busy person, and I do not have time to chase after anyone. If there is a break in communication for any longer than 24 hours at any stage, the project will be canceled, and no payment will be made. The successful developer must be able to communicate on skype, each day, at a time that suits me (New York time).
