Debug payment module of modified oscommerce shop

A custom payment module doesn't work anymore. The redirect doesn't work anymore. The bank redirects to [login to view URL] instead of checkout_success.php. The payment goes through on the bank-side and the customer gets back to the checkout page and has no confirmed order. Not good... (Attached is the documentation from the bank. "Redirecttype and url" is used in the module.)
