Affiliate program script needed

We need a simple affiliate program script installed in our site. Our budget is 30$ . You would provide the script and make the installation and configure it. We need to track sales, clicks etc .. nothing special, its ok with only that. In the past I had installed Ultimate Affiliate from [login to view URL] so maybe you can get it or something similar, however this software is quite complex and it would be fine for me to get something simpler. Should integrate with thankyou page for my Paypal account. Required good tracking for sales with fraud prevention techniques. Easy to manage. No demos, trials etc.
