AnyWho Type Reverse Telephone Number Lookup Page

I'm looking to create an [login to view URL] type Reverse Telephone Number site clone. I'm using AnyWho only as an example. On AnyWho you can send a formated URL such as [login to view URL];telephone=2285400&x=30&y=11 and the site will return a page with the name, address, city, state and zip of the phone number. There are several web sites like AnyWho that provide this service such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and 411.com. Your job would be to take the formatted URL request, lookup the phone number at one or more external web sites and display the answer on a single page without the need of the user to leave the current web site that made the request.
