Answer required for maths problem

Hi, I have a maths problem for which i need answer :- A company has $100,000 bonus fund to be allocated to its 40 long serving staffs who are consultants. The higher the service the higher their share in the total bonus fund. For example if staff A has 3 years of service then his bonus ratio shd be higher than a staff B who has only 2 years of service. Please let me know what formula shd we use to calculate the bonus amount of a staff according to his service in the company. The total bonus amount of all staffs shd not exceed the total bonus budget of $100,000 Total consultants = 40 Total consultants with service of between 1 year to 2 years = 10 Total consultants with service of between 2 years to 3 years = 10 Total consultants with service of between 3 years to 4 years = 10 Total consultants with service of between 4 years to 5 years = 10 I will pay usd5 for the correct formula. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
