Hi,
I have a maths problem for which i need answer :- A company has $100,000 bonus fund to be allocated to its 40 long serving staffs who are consultants. The higher the service the higher their share in the total bonus fund. For example if staff A has 3 years of service then his bonus ratio shd be higher than a staff B who has only 2 years of service.
Please let me know what formula shd we use to calculate the bonus amount of a staff according to his service in the company. The total bonus amount of all staffs shd not exceed the total bonus budget of $100,000
Total consultants = 40
Total consultants with service of between 1 year to 2 years = 10
Total consultants with service of between 2 years to 3 years = 10
Total consultants with service of between 3 years to 4 years = 10
Total consultants with service of between 4 years to 5 years = 10
I will pay usd5 for the correct formula.
