Adobe Form Submit JavaScript Button

I have created an Adobe PDF Form with LiveCycle (Acrobat Pro Extended 9) and I need the form to be able to be submitted via email to an email address. While the preprogrammed button works to some degree, I want the XML file to dynamically be named from 3 of the fields from within the fields of the form and the subject line to read "Call Report". I understand that this can be done using JavaScript and customizing a button, but I do not know JavaScript. I would like someone to program the button to submit the information in the form (XML) as an attachment to a specific email address with the file name as a combination of 3 of the form field's data.? An example would likk like this: Subject line: Call Report Attached file: [login to view URL] The next? file from the same form submitted might? be: Subject line: Call Report Attached file: [login to view URL]
