All PHP experts! Please fix my site

I have a simple PHP website driven by a MySQL database. It has an admin panel which works perfectly so you won't need to touch that. Simply, some of the front end pages need some changes/fixes to them according to the client's wishes. I've uploaded a specification list of everything which needs fixing. I don't imagine it should take more than 1 day. It looks like a long list but most of it is very basic. Please do not bid unless you have read the list and are confident you can complete all the points within the deadline. Please feel free to ask any questions.
