Ass One Page Checkout Contribution to OScommerce CRELoaded site.

Add the One Page Checkout contribution to my current install of osCommerce CRE Loaded. A notice message appears when an out of stock item is being ordered. Section: Use my “redeem?? button image from current site. In “Billing Address?? box: Remove “Gender: M F?? Remove “Newsletter?? Next to “Date of Birth:?? insert “(You must be 18 years of age to place an order.)?? Make the date of birth field made up of three drop down menus. One for month, one for day, and one for year. Make “telephone?? a required field. Next to the field insert the line “Please provide a contact number in case there is a problem with your order.?? Add this line above “address:?? insert this line “Please enter the address where your credit card bill is sent.?? Use my “Change Address?? button image. In “Shipping Address?? box: If the box next to the first line (“Different from billing address???) is checked then new fields appear. Please insert this line at the top of these new fields: “Note: To protect cardholder security all credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder’s verified address. Orders paid with checks and money order can be shipped to any address.“ Use my “Change Address?? button image. However, I must insist that the winning bidder certify that the entire checkout system will function properly after the One Page Checkout contribution has been installed. It must also be integrated within the color, images and style theme of the site. I think the style sheet will probably do this automatically. The AVS errors and other errors must also appear appropriately. I also have an unrelated problem that I would like to have fixed. On the Admin side of the site on the individual order page I would like the “Customers2Avoid?? code removed. This is just a line of script that connect to a third party database and displays a result on my page. The results are worthless, its ugly and takes up space and adds nothing to the functionality of our site. I would like it removed. I think it is just a couple of lines of script.
