Auto Emailing Tool

I am looking to have something developed that will do the following: Send me an email once a day at a preset time from an email address i specify. the email address would be a wordpress blog designed to take in posts via email so everyday i will get an email at 10pm asking me how my day was and my response will go up as a blog post on a private password protected blog. this is a way to force me to write a diary. I need the blog setup (most basic possible) and the thing to send me an email once a day developed.
