Barter & Services Exchange type script required

I require a script that allows users to sign in and pay an annual fee to become a member. -Once they are a payed, registered member they can search out other members to exchange services through Category browsing or search for service type and postal or zip code. -Site needs to be convertible to different languages -Some communication features will be needed for the members to send something similar to a "wink" to see if there is interest in bartering services. Optionally they should be able to send an internal message to a message box. -Limits should be set on the number of services that can be bartered for the cost per year..silver, bronze, gold -The Members will need an "Profile" area where they can post a photo or a few photos. and their related services available for barter, and the value of the Service" -Script needs to have some tracking and reporting functions to measure member activity -I will provide graphic design and partial layout via Fireworks PNG file -I want the script produced with PHP, MYSQL and Ajax wherever possible I could use a generic Barter script but I want some special features...it includes some communication features like a dating site as well. So it's allmost like a dating site were they can connect through the services they want to barter with. My goal is to find a programmer that I can continue to work with as I develop the product further. Joomla could be used as a foundation if preferred by the programmer.
