Basic, Clean, Upgradabe, Starter WWW Page $45

I am looking for a capable, friendly, communicative, person to make a simple, functional, usable "interim" www site of approximately 6 pages - mostly text, photos and a few RSS feeds.

I offer $45. I will make a decision on your ratings, your compromise to meet my technical terms, looking at examples of your prior work, and what YOU promise to deliver (considering my objectives and your time/expertise/ability) for that $45 amount. ?

I have other similar "quick" projects availible in the future if I find the right person for direct bids.

The page I dream for would accomplish the following:

a) This 6 +/- page is for a? "Rent an ocean-fishing boat" ("charter") service in tropical Hawaii. ? The design is: clean, sporty, simple, "Have Fun with friends or family for a day"?

I will provide text, photos, SOME of the RSS links (live content, like weather)

b) Written "simply" in a "Idiot Friendly" program for a Linux server, and functional in "normal" browsers. ? Coding and Program used must be common and simple, so someone else, and even I can update, add pages and features etc. ? I prefer little (maybe no) Flash.

c) I will give preference to bids that come back with a "2 part" proposal. ? Part "a" ($20) a FULLY laid out (but not launchable) format and then part "b" ($25) a "clean it up and make it live after we communicate changes" version. ? Further preference is given to coders who can show sample www sites.

d) The key here is that after part "a & b" that I have a solid, simple, fun, functional, updatable page that "really works" with a architecural/skeleton structure designed for FUTURE improvements and sophisitcation. ? My dad has to see that www is a good idea first!

e) More detail about the specifics of the pages is availible. ? But they are basically some text blocks and photo clocks, a photo blog and 3 to 5 RSS feeds spread out over 6 +/- pages.

WE WILL selectinitial metatags etc. that I can update later. ? I WILL provide SOME of theINITIAL RSS and other "live" content links.

c) Written in a"good" "user-friendly" program (PERHAPS Joomla??), and tosupport all COMMONLY USED (not weird) browsers, and include code for lots ofGoogle analytics (and/or other services you reccomend). ? Little if NOFlash is preferred. ? Page must be easilly expandable by you or someoneelse (eg same content different foreign languages, activate a simple blog, moreRSS and other feeds etc.)

d) I will givepreference to coders who make a "two step" proposal, that I pay $20for initial (complete, but non-working) draft and $25 for final "after wediscuss the finishing touches"
