Basic Content Menu website

The website is an online menu of restaurants etc. The site wants to be able to do the following things: **Mainsite: **top reviewed places newest places News Search facility Menu's of different places to eat **Restaurant pages: **Information, eg address phone number email, opening hours etc. Photo section to show photos of inside Googlemaps integration to show the location on a map A scanned image of a menu, which will be uploaded. I want the site to be able to allow people to register on the website and login to comment on the place and rate out of 10 on the place. I want to be able to send them emails by storing their registered emails in the site. Please give easy back end control That is the main idea.
