Basic video embeding site

I want a basic video embedding site, that is 2 pages (TV and SPORTS), plus registration page and terms of service text page. It will work exactly like [login to view URL] Please look at that site. One page will be for sports, which will list all the games for the next 24 hours in EST (eastern standard time). The other page will be for TV. The site will not host any video. With the embed codes it will have a pop up window that will play the video from the hosting site, just like ATDHE.NET. The only difference with this site is that it will have a chat/blog window on the sports page (like a chat window on [login to view URL]) and a simple members sign up/database. Users can sign up to the website with as little as their email address which they have to confirm in an automated email. Once they are members they can sign in and use the chat/blog and they can embed TV and sports links. I will have control over members in the admin area and I can stop their ability to post links or to chat/blog. Of course it must also have some ad space.
