Build Reporting Module for dot net 2.0 application

I am looking for a programmer that speaks english and has a strong understanding of microsoft dot net 2.0 software and sequal server to build a reporting module and dashboard for a web application we have just launched. it will have basic reporting which include mostly summary reporting and then advanced reporting that drills down into specific.

There are 3 levels of reporting and would have to have seperate dashboards for each. The individual who is taking a course online and wants to see what courses they are taking (either free or paid) what the status is of their progress is.

The second level is for the course owner who wants basic reporting to see how many users are taking each of their courses (free or paid) and several summary reports as to how many are taking each course, how many completed and how many dropped out. Then there will be a for fee reporting that drills down into specific details of each course, how many are in each course and several other report features to be designed.

The final is the admin that has the ability to see global reports along with detailed drill down.

This request is for bids to see what an hourly rate would be, and the expertise to understand the functions of the report. Failure to understand will not increase the hours. Once a rate per hour is established, a detailed scope of work will be provided.

For the successful bidder, there could be additional ongoing work to advance the functions of the software.

We are looking for strong experience in microsoft dot net, sql and can work and satisfy the requirments of our CTO and still offer an attractive price.
