CMS For Lightbox Photo Gallery

I am in need of a content management system that would use PHP and MySQL to allow two administrative users the ability to manage a photo gallery that is using Lightbox. The current site and the associated pages are listed below. I have also included a list of capabilities that I would require of the winning bidder.
