CSS/Browser Compatability/Drupal Issue

We are using **Drupal 6** on a large site with Flash text replacement. We are experiencing an intermittent bug (every 4th page load or so) where link text appears on the pages but the functionality of the links is not working (browsers are not seeing them as links at all). We need a css developer who specializes in browser compatibility to troubleshoot and fix this issue. Drupal experience is obviously preferred, as well as JQuery. This site must render in IE6-IE8, FF3, and Safari. ## Deliverables Must have Skype. English must be your primary language.
