CSV file to MYSQL loading - scheduled

Here is situation: 1. CSV file is located on remote server, example : [[login to view URL]][1]? 2. MYSQL database and table is located on my server, example :[login to view URL] 3. CSV file changes ( is updated every 5 days - weekly) 4. I need a PHP script to: (a) to download updated file to [[login to view URL]][2] once a week. script? will check when last time file was downloaded when I execute it (b) to replace content of a table in my database with updated information. 5. All that has to happen on the server side when main script is executed. NO user input is required. That is all. ## Deliverables PHP, JAVASCRIPT, MYSQL
