Code Igniter, MySQL AJAX PHP Site

I hired a coder to? develop a database driven? Code Igniter/MySql/PHP site to replace a simple one that I developed and have running.? After months of stringing me out, he didn't finish.? When I see a person with talent who is ready to jump in, I will end auction. Site is used for scheduling events.? Consists of homepage with links to either existing user log in or new user open account.? ? Upon login, an existing user is taken to calendar page based on usertype (participant, host, admin, others).? Current site was built first with Freakauth authentication library then started to transition to auth lib, and need to get this completed correclty ASAP Open Account page is largely complete, but needs some revisions.? Open account page creates entries in master account table, firm, office, event participant user, assistant user? and credit card.? Auto emails send welcome and username/password info to new users.? Upon completion of open account, user goes to participant login/schedule event. Participant Login/Schedule event.? Event scheduling is a complex series of cascading dropdowns, where user must either pick from the existing options or enter new or edited option data, in order to identify the participant and? event.? This page is? laid out conceptually, and relationships established.? ? There is also an optional function to create a picklist of optional event dates/times for certain hosts.? ? ? Upon scheduling event, sends emails to various users based on criteria.? More details to follow. Calendar.? Displays event information based on various user criteria (participant's firm, host, admin), listing? thescheduled items, line by line, but groups information into columns.? Example: Column 1: host photo, column 2: date, time, hostname, column 3: participant photo, column 4:? event name, description, details. column 5; more event details.? There are 3 versions of the calendars for different usertypes.? There are also up to? 4 different filters for each view (example: today only, specific date, canceled).? ? Exact mockups provided.? Sends various emails, SMS and or pdfs? based on calendars at defined time criteria (send pdf of all events at midnight to host, send event reminders to participant at 7am and at 5 minutes before event).
