Code a few simple includes PHP (addbookdash)

We have a brand new PHP site that we're building called AddBook. Many of the sections have been coded already which should make your life a bit easier. On the home page within the site, there are 6 small include pages which need coding to display data from the existing MySQL database. The data insert is already coded elsewhere in the site so you'll just be displaying it. Please read through the attached spec sheet for detailed instructions and feel free to ask any questions. You will be given full ftp and cpanel access.
