Code a website - Clone google maps feature

I am building a website for a outdoor media company that my client owns. I will design the website in Adobe Photoshop CS3, I will require someone to code the PSD file, and turn it into hard code. The code and final product must be installed on my server, and 100% functional. I require a feature that incorporates not only Google Maps, but also the ability for users to update the information.
