Convert Site to Drupal plus landing pages

The First PDF that should be looked at is: DWE - Webdesign Drupal [login to view URL] (attached) This shows another site using Drupal want a simalar look and feel, only? NOT using the same color scheme, maybe a light blue color scheme.?
