I need the software or for someone to build a component that has the Create-Your-Own feature seen at www.buildasign.com. This can start off simple with just a few templates for banners, real estate and political. Later more templates can be added.

The goal is for the consumer be able to adjust a template online, and we use our printing facility to provide the final product.

We use Joomla for our content manager.
