Custom CRM (web based)

This is a custom crm build from ground up (on MySQL, PHP, Apache) with many features. Looking for serious, skilled developers that are into building medium to large scale software who also have good experience in managing software projects development. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - Architectural: Good Design by using design patterns where applicable, scalable and extensible architecture following the OO paradigm in all aspects. MVC design pattern / model should be used in the web application. - Technologies: Open Source ??" PHP, Apache, MySQL, AJAX (jQuery). The following PHP frameworks/components/classes are required: Smarty, cgiapp ([login to view URL]), AdoDB - Prototyping, iterative improvement and well known practices from extreme programming will be favored. We will need a weekly update of the software while in development on the staging server. - Use of svn (or cvs) will be much favoured. - Exclusive use of all generated software by us (intellectual property) - All source code, libraries, algorithms and related files should be delivered to us as intellectual property and future usage **Please, look accompanying document for requirements.** We are open to suggestions. The "Extras" part in document can be considered in a second phase. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
