Custom Joomla website

Joomla Template conversion from PSD file + Contact Form + Possible Component/Module design. Custom gallery with horizontal scrollbar. This project is to build a joomla based website. I will handle all graphics so there is no need for that service. There will also be a component to have an integrated gallery that can scroll horizontally. I expect professionalism from all potential bidders and especially of the winning bidder. You must be courteous, polite and a good communicator. You must have a solid working knowledge of Joomla, template design for Joomla, and module/component structure for Joomla. You must also provide some samples of your work and a description/resume of your applicable experience. If you don?€™t already have experience in this type of work, please do not bid on this project.
