Custom Oscommerce Tell a Friend

Hello, We have an oscommerce store that uses that standard Tell a Friend. I need someone who can create something similiar to trafficxplode except that also has the ability to import outlook/outlook express contacts like the plaxo address book access widget, instead of having to export to csv first. I'm open to any ideas you may have. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
