Customer and Sales Force Management System

Thank you This project is for creating a system which allows me to manage my customers as well as my sales team. I am trying to start a business and I need the best price. I have a technical background as well, and I know that freelance projects run a lot less than if I go to the software companies. I am on RAC for this project because freelance projects save a lot of money. If you are on RentACoder and are charging standard or near standard rates please do not bid. This is an EMERGENCY project because the last coder wasted my time and could not complete this project. SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY! ## Deliverables I have some undetailed specs for interested coders. I am trying to get a custom web based? application designed so that I can plan for my new business. I am trying to start a business and I do not have a lot of money. I tried looking everywhere for a free solution, but I cannot find one that meets my needs. I need a web based system to manage a sales team that I am trying to establish. **I am establishing my sales team like this:**** ** Sales Managers and Representatives. The Sales Representatives work under the Sales Managers. Everyone is paid only by commission and performance. The Sales Representatives talk to the customers **offline**, but the customers purchase the product **online via my website**. The problem is that the Sales Managers get paid by the? sell made? from each? of the sales representatives that work for them. Also the sales representatives get paid by each sale they make. (money goes to the sales manager, and to the sales representative , but only after a sale is made) I need to issue the sales managers and the sales representatives a unique id number to give to the customer. This way when the customer goes online they can enter the id number before they purchase. When this number is entered, it will automatically go to the web based application that you develop and it will let the sales manager and sales representative know that they made a sale. **Interface** Now that we have the notification process understood I need a user interface for Admin, the Sales Manager, and the Sales Representative. The interface does not have to be complicated and I would like some basic buttons and features for the Admin, Sales Manager, and Sales Representative. The MAIN purpose of the interface is to allow Admin, Sales Manager, and Sales Representative to track their sales and also communicate. The interface should allow me (Admin) to create Sales Manager accounts, as well as Sales Representative accounts. The Sales Manager should also have the ability to add Sales Representative accounts. There is also some tracking features such as earnings, notes, tasks, inbox, outbox, that should be implemented. **THE INTERFACE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE VERY FANCY AND FULL OF FEATURES. I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE EASY TO USE (USER FRIENDLY) AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE IT TO HAVE MY COMPANY LOGO AND SOME BASIC ELEMENTS THAT ARE PROFESSIONAL.**** I DO NOT HAVE A** **LOT** **OF FUNDS FOR THIS, I MAYBE HAVE HUNDRED OR?
