Customize WP-E-Commerce Page

We need our site customized to look more like the attached image (zip file). A few things need to be moved around to clean up the page a little more and make it easier to navigate. A few CSS Changes need to be made as well. Whomever is bidding must have excellent knowledge of wp-e-commerce, its a pretty straight forward job and should not take a long time, we just dont have time ourselves to do it :).
