Data Base Tree

I simply want to build a data base tree with three Levels and four cross reference? variables: Level one (Has upto 60 choices) Broad ? ? ? ? Level two? ? ? ? (Has up to 300 choices) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Level three? ? ? ? (Has up to 200 choices) Narrow Example:? ? ? ? #45 choice for Level #1, then #211 for Level #2, followed by #154 at Level #3. Then there are four cross reference variables:? ? ? ? A,B,C,D Each of these would have from 3 to 30 elements. Example:? ? ? ? Variable A would contain one of each of the three Levels, as would Variable B,C, and D. Once all of the data is entered, I want to ask the program to pull from the data all the variables that have Level One, Two and Three in common and group them together. Example:? There could be multiple variables within ABC&D that all have the same Levels of one, two, & three I am sure I have made this confusing but glad to visit further to clarify.
