Data Base

Hi I want a Data base for my small Ebay business i want to be able to input my customers information (ie) Name , Email address, Item purchased, Delivery address, Item size, Item ordered conformation ,Item Delivered conformation and then be able to ask a queries to pull the information out (IE) Pull all the email addresses out so i can do a group emailing or pull all the items out in order of type and size. Something along these lines. The winning bidder must be able to communicate with me clearly and must keep me updated constantly. (Not leave me Wondering what is going on) I'd also like someone who has some ideas and can offer some guidance. If that is you then bid away.
