Decal sales web site

I want someone to build me a shopping car where I can sell decals from. I am having trouble because I want my customers to choose colors, fonts, and sizes no shopping cart can do this set of things I am looking for. I want a site where the customer can come in and kind of make up and design their own decal to fit their own vehicle and as well sell precut decals as well.? I will link a few web sites that I like. If you look through this part on this web site this is an idea that I like. I love the banner maker, the custom decal maker, and the bad boy decal maker as well as the inside decals.?
